I approached Disa as I had been suffering with recurring back problems for some years, and also decided to get back into jogging after a lengthy lay off. Attending regular Pilates classes has provided an amazing improvement in my back; in addition Disa created a personalised plan designed to get a middle aged man back into running. The combination of short to long term goals backed up by specific exercises has got me back on the road. Thanks Disa.
Liz - Re: Jump Start January. I lost 1kg over the two weeks, I walked every day and did workouts regularly. Most importantly for me I got myself organised as far as food is concerned, I'm more aware of what I'm eating, I'm having three healthy meals a day, increasing veg, water intake has increased. By logging everything I can see just how much I'm eating and where I need to work on problems, like picking at food while I'm cooking tea! It has been a really useful two weeks Disa, and thank you so much for this x

As soon as I connected with Disa, she was clear with what she could provide, processes and the support available. We discussed the types of exercise and fitness that would be beneficial for our team and went from there! Booking was easy and we had great feedback from those who took part!
