The Zumba® Fitness program embodies everything that I love about exercise; its' amazing mix of music and moves it makes you feel great and gives you an all over body workout without even realising it!
Come along for a fun, full on hour and dance yourself fit! You don't need to book, just turn up with your trainers and water!
Zumba Classes held on:
Monday at Ickleton Village Hall - 7pm
Thursday at Duxford School - 7pm
Pilates classes are ideal for those suffering with back pain,
looking an increase in flexibility or for those wanting to improve
their posture.
Pilates consists of slow, controlled, focused exercises designed to increases your core strength, improve your mobility and challenge your flexibility. Pilates has provided great results for many of my class participants, as well as providing a peaceful hour in an otherwise hectic life.
All Pilates Classes are booked for a 6 week period, running in line with school half term times. Wear comfortable clothing, bare feet
or socks and bring along a mat plus towel or cushion.
