Membership:
Fitness - on demand via either a FB group or a private area of my website and all the new class on ZOOM listed below.
Pilates - on demand via a FB group or a private area of my website access to many classes.
Introduction to Strength Training. Valid from 14th until the end of the month, receive daily short videos & a full workout to include all the basics so that you can workout with weights safely.
Please note: No classes are held on Bank Holidays!
Monday 6:30pm Zumba at Ickleton V Hall
Monday 7:30pm Pilates at Ickleton V Hall
Tuesday 9:30am Full Body Workout at Pampisford (Intervals - Hi & Lo & using weights, varies each week)
Tuesday 10:30am Pilates at Pampisford
Thursday 8am Pilates at The Genome Campus (on site)
Thursday (10th April) 6pm LIFT on ZOOM - Low Impact Functional Training using weights
Thursday (17th April) Legs, Tums & Bums on ZOOM
Thursday (24th April) 6pm Zumba on ZOOM

Pilates booking is monthly. If there are any places left individuals sessions will be put up for booking.
If you haven't done Pilates before it is a recommendation to have a one to one with me first.

Class Descriptions:
HIIT - High Intensity Interval Training. Mixed cardio, strength & power intervals, with abdominal section too
Zumba - Zumba Fitness is a choreographed Dance Aerobics Class using Latin American music. Rhythms of Reggaeton, Merengue, Cumbian, Salsa.
Legs, Tums & Bums - Simple steps sequence to music aimed at toning those areas. A movement and floor work class.
Core & Floor - Mostly on the floor, a full body toning class!
LIFT - Low Impact Functional Training (Strength Training). Low impact Interval training with no jumping and no choreography. A mix of intervals styles aimed at toning muscles & strengthening bones. Working through all planes of motion. Upper/Lower body sets with core & abs work.
ABS & Core - Multi range of movement, standing and floor. An Accumulator! (if you know you know)
Abs & Arms. Use hand weights or equivalent Standing, movement and floor work to work the abdominals through all ranges of motion. Usually with Accumulator Core & ABS section.
Aerobics - Simple Aerobic choreography to music. There will also be a toning section which varies from week to week, standing or floor work with weights and bands.
Full Body Workout - Interval training. High & Lo impact Strength, conditioning varies each week.
March/Jog to the Beat - Aimed at Beginners or those that have taken a break from exercise. You can either Jog or March along to the beat of the music. Simple movements all based on a march; this will elevate your heart.
GymBall - There are so many things you can do with a gym ball! Use the ball for toning, balance and hard core abs!
Fusion Flow or Yoga Flow - Mix of Pilates, Yoga poses & Stretching. A flowing sequence of dynamic and static stretching and mobilising exercises; to stretch every muscle and mobilise every joint in the body.
Stretch & Flex - Weight loading exercises mixed with stretching
Pilates - It's all about posture, core strength, mobility & flexibility and should provide a relaxing hour.
Old Skool Aerobics - Grapevine, Step touch. Classic Hi-Lo Aerobics and great old skool music too!

Booking in advance ONLY, no drop in's!
You must complete and sign a PARQ form before attending any class.
I CANNOT offer a refund.
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR FACE TO FACE: Such as Aerobics or Zumba: You can change your booking right up until the start of the class via your booking confirmation email. Or a recording of the class will be sent to you.
FOR ALL ZOOM SESSIONS: If you miss the session, a recording of the class will be sent to you.
FOR PILATES: a video of the class will be sent to you for catchup.
