Liz - Re: Jump Start January. I lost 1kg over the two weeks, I walked every day and did workouts regularly. Most importantly for me I got myself organised as far as food is concerned, I'm more aware of what I'm eating, I'm having three healthy meals a day, increasing veg, water intake has increased. By logging everything I can see just how much I'm eating and where I need to work on problems, like picking at food while I'm cooking tea! It has been a really useful two weeks Disa, and thank you so much for this x

Liz Re: Jump Start January - Thanks Disa! I've lost 2llb, do at least 12,000 steps now. Meals on track no snacks, no alcohol. Loved the exercise, short and effective , great combo of stretches, aerobic etc. Didn't matter if it was a group really as I never managed live. What's next?

As soon as I connected with Disa, she was clear with what she could provide, processes and the support available. You are one of those friends I have made over the years and happen to be one of those I do not want to forget. I met you, having gone through a tumultous situation, and joined your Pilates classes. So you have played a signified part in shaping things I do. You pulled me through a major operation, then later on encouraged me to face the future after breaking my left elbow. The desire and need to get back to your Pilates classes, got me driving again and did more for me than the physios ever did.

Just wanted to let you know that I’m really pleased with my progress made in your classes since I joined in November, Core is much much stronger now – I can do so much more than I used to be able to! It’s now been 9 months since my surgery and thanks to your sessions I can do normal things again. I think it's a really useful class especially for people who have back problems/have had kids/have had surgery. Plus it gets out all the muscle knots from any other exercise!
