The LIFT Class has proved very popular! It's all Low Impact, there is no jumping or choreography. It's Interval training so 50 secs on 15 secs break - this does vary. It's Strength using hand weights (something similar like filled water bottles) for Upper Body & Lower Body using Functional every day moves. We normally finish with some ABS & Core Work.
Strength Training is so important for Women, over 50 especially. It will help build muscle & increase bone density. Have a read of this BLOG.
This is a ZOOM class running twice a month on Thursday at 6pm all ZOOM Classes are pay as you go & £5 per session, if you can't make it I will send you the recording. See timetable list for the next class.
