Thanks for visiting my page. I have been working within the fitness industry for 20 years helping people keep fit, stay active and have fun whilst doing it! Whether you are coming back to fitness, recovering from injury or joining for the first time there will be a suitable session for you. I offer face to face, on-line via ZOOM or groups and 1-1 sessions for Personal Training. I also work with many companies offering in-house classes for corporate groups.

I am a Level 3 Pilates Teacher, Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor. I am also qualified to teach Children's Fitness and Chair Based Exercise for Fragile Adults. I hold a Zumba Licence and teach a variety of group exercise classes including: Aerobics, Legs Tums & Bums, Zumba, Pilates, Freestyle Fitness Yoga, LIFT Functional Strength training with weights, GymBall, Mini Ball, ABS, Stretch, Fusion Flow, HIIT and Bootcamps. |
