Work in pairs or small groups & with me. Looking at alignment & postural assessment. Traits associated with certain posture types. We will go through a collection of exercises that can help with re-alignment & pain caused by poor posture or slight mis-alignments through the body.

Thanks for dropping by! I've been working within the fitness industry many years, helping people keep fit, stay active and have fun whilst doing it!
