The Full Body Workout
Pampisford (near Sawston) Tuesday 9:30am

It's just a small group so more like small group PT.
The class varies slightly each week but here's the format:
15 minutes Cardio intervals
15 minutes Strength
15 minutes ABS, Core & Back

❧The Cardio section is intervals so 50/15 this does change, but there is no fancy footwork, no choreography.   You can do high impact or keep it low.
❧The Strength Section is sometimes using weights, bands or body weight. 
It is weight loading of some kind.
❧Then we move to the floor and complete the workout.  

The class is £7.50 per session, pay as you go, numbers are limited.
