Corporate Packages
We all know how busy life gets and how difficult it is to fit in your weekly workout. Solution, I can come to you at your place of work during lunch or straight after you finish. All you need is a small space, a group, and willingness!
I have different packages:
Backcare & Pilates. Think of how many hours are lost from work due to back pain or back injury. This course is 2 hours and emphasises how you can protect your back and how to prevent back injury. Dealing with a back injury, strengthening and stretching to prevent injury. There is a little bit of physiology and anatomy too! This is ideal for those with a sedentary life, or those suffering constantly with back pain. Now just for office workers but for gardeners, builders or any other physical job.
Pilates at Work. Booking for a block of 6 sessions and I will take you through a set of exercises to challenge your mobility, strength and flexibility. This could follow on from the above course but doesn't have to!
Small Group PT sessions. If you want something more energetic. This would be tailored according to the needs of the group.
For 6 sessions of Pilates or Small PT sessions - book for 6 sessions for £55pp.
Back care & Pilates is £25 pp.

Disa has been running small Pilates classes with our company for a few years now. Working on core strength or flexibility or mobilising different areas, Disa changes the routine regularly to mix things us and keep us on our toes. She makes adaptations to suit different needs in the class, e.g. tense shoulders or after running training, and I really like that she explains movement and anatomy together. At the end of the class I feel energised, loosened up and de-stressed for the rest of the day. I would highly recommend her classes to everyone!
