We will look at hydration, calorie intake, break down fats, sugars, carbs & workout together all the information is stored in a private group. I only want to work with a few people at a time so spaces are limited! Please submit an enquiry by completing the form below: |
What they say (after a two week programme):
Sue - Ab vent Challenge: All the clips and advise are extremely helpful and important as far as I am concerned. If you need motivation (like me) all information is really useful, for those who don’t necessarily need the motivation the content will help feed their thought process further. I’m going to continue (maybe with a few hiccups) as this has fuelled my motivation and I’d like to level out my weight.
Thank you!
Sally - Ab vent Challenge: I have found it really helpful to review my diet and see exactly what I am eating. I have lost 3kg, 2cm of chest and 3cm of waist!
Louise - Re: Jump Start January: At first I wasn't sure what to expect but I loved breaking down my eating & really thinking about the calories I take on board. This and the exercise has helped me lose 3kg within 2 weeks. I am going to stick with to lose a few more and get to my ideal weight. Thank you!
Liz - Re: Jump Start January. I lost 1kg over the two weeks, I walked every day and did workouts regularly. Most importantly for me I got myself organised as far as food is concerned, I'm more aware of what I'm eating, I'm having three healthy meals a day, increasing veg, water intake has increased. By logging everything I can see just how much I'm eating and where I need to work on problems, like picking at food while I'm cooking tea! It has been a really useful two weeks Disa, and thank you so much for this x
Liz: Thanks Disa! I've lost 6llbs, do at least 12,000 steps now. Meals on track no snacks, no alcohol. Loved the exercise, short and effective , great combo of stretches, aerobic etc.
Joy: I have just listened to hormones and stress together! I can relate to a lot of this, thank you. I have been trying to work on this a lot for the last few months, trying to focus my energy into things I can do something about and not stress about things out of my control! Easier said than done really but I am trying!
