About Me...
I’ve always loved fitness & dance. I studied dance as a teenager & took my first fitness qualification in 1995, blimey that’s 30 years ago! Fitness started as one class a week whilst working full time.
My full time job was in the corporate environment. I worked in the City in IT, for a large firm of solicitors, it was a great job that took me all over the place to overseas offices. But.. I couldn't continue the work and commute after my third child, so I decided to hang up the suits and opt for my leggings full time.
From there I have gradually grown both individually & my business. I’ve added many qualifications: Exercise to Music was my first love & I’m now a Personal Trainer & Pilates teacher. I hold qualifications in Fitness for Children & Teens, Fragile adults ie. Chair based, Strength & Balance, PRIME (mid life women peri & menopause), Orthopaedic Conditions & Back Care & a Freestyle Yoga teacher too.
Whether you're a beginner just starting out or someone looking to break through a plateau, I want to help you feel strong, confident, and in control of your fitness journey—no matter where you're starting from, I'll be there at the side lines cheering you on & supporting you; whether that is just turning up, recovering from surgery, pre-surgery or with a goal in mind. I have the BEST groups, people come back again & again, everyone is friendly & welcoming. I am blessed to have such a great community, where we look out for one another!
When I’m not running classes, PT sessions, or working out myself I like to spend time with my family and of course the two doggies. My perfect day would be: A hot day on the beach or the other extreme a day ski-ing!
