Do you find this type of environment intimidating, but still want to build strength and improve your bone density? I’ve created a short course especially for women who want exactly that.
Strength training is incredibly important, particularly during peri-menopause, menopause and beyond, as muscle mass and bone density naturally decline.
All you need to get started is a set of dumbbells (2–3kg is perfect). I’ll send you easy-to-follow video links that guide you through proper technique and show you how to target specific muscle groups. The workouts focus on legs, upper back, arms, shoulders, abs and core.
You’ll also receive a couple of class links following my LIFT (Low Impact Functional Training) format.
Early Bird offer: £10 if you sign up before 31st January (£15 thereafter).
